Please be aware that Texas law requires some specific actions be undertaken before a property may be rented. This includes certain lock and peephole upgrades along with smoke alarms. You will also have to carry a minimum of $300,000 liability coverage on your property with Edwards Properties shown as an additional insured.

Our fees are simple and easy to understand. We charge a flat 10% of the gross monthly rent. For this, you get peace of mind knowing your property is in experienced hands. Net funds are directly deposited into clients accounts.
