Welcome to Edwards Properties!

We want to make sure your stay in an Edwards managed property is a good one, whether you are in the military serving at Fort Hood or in search of a rental for your family.

We combine decades of experience with personal service and technology to help make the rental process as easy as possible. Vacancies can be viewed online and filling out an application is easy. Once becoming a resident, we encourage tenants to register for their Tenant Portal which allows them to contact us online about any routine property issues. We respond to requests promptly, usually within a few days.

We appreciate residents who take good care of our rentals and respect the properties they live in. We encourage all of our tenants to be good neighbors as well.
